How We Do It
Our training is conducted in person and virtually. This can range from weekly in-person or Zoom sessions for Mastermind classes, Leadership Seminars, Leadership Games, Lunch & Learn and Facilitated Training sessions.

Sai leads Operations & Strategy at Salt, driving the systems, partnerships and strategic initiatives that support the organisation’s growth and impact. She works across the business to turn strategy into action, strengthen how Salt operates and develop opportunities that create meaningful value for clients, leaders and communities
AMY DAVIDSON
Sustainable Development Lead
Amy comes from a primarily non profit background and over the last 15 years she has founded her own successful charity, which is thriving to this day. Amy is passionate about seeing people thrive in every facet of their lives including in their culture, family, faith and work. She believes that in order for organisations to continue to deliver these meaningful outcomes they must have structures, and systems and be sustainable.
This passion has led her to join the SALT Inc tea as the sustainable development lead.
LOSALINI RABUKA
Programmes and Events Administration
Losalini holds 6+ years of experience assisting with and fulfilling organisational staffing needs and requirements. She has a track record of using my personal, communication, and organisation skills to improve HR departments' efficiency. We are thrilled to have Losalini as part of our team as she is a team player with excellent communication skills, and high qualified work, driven and self-motivated.

Administrative and Accounts Officer
Maraia is a seasoned administrative officer with a track of successfully maintaining the everyday running of Salt. She deals with all clients and enquiries and is often the first point of contact is you are to contact Salt.
