Following the success of the 2024 FMF Legacy Leadership Symposium, we knew we had to do it again.

Enter the Leaders LEAD Symposium—a transformative three-day experience designed to equip leaders to better lead themselves, lead others, and drive meaningful change. Held at the stunning Sofitel Resort, the setting provided the perfect backdrop for both deep learning and meaningful networking.

At Salt, we believe there's nothing quite like being in a room full of leaders who are leaning in-ready to learn, grow, and rise to the challenge. And that’s exactly what we witnessed over the course of this event.
