ANZ Mana Pasifika Leadership Program

Since August 2024, Salt has been working with ANZ Pacific to develop Pacific leaders as part of the ANZ Mana Pasifika Leadership Development program.

There are currently 16 participants in the Mana Pasifika program, 67% of whom believe that the training has gone beyond their expectations, and many also wish that the opportunity could be shared with another person from their country.

I like how it's tailored for the Pacific with Pasifika running the program. We speak about Pacific issues and what is actually happening in our region as case studies or references in discussion.

With Phase 1 completed in August 2024, Phase 2 completed in January 2025 and Phase 3 completed in April 2025 we have loved working alongside ANZ and are excited to continue the journey of adding value to their leaders.
